Norman City Center Rentals (CCR) is the direct point of contact for pre-leasing, questions and resident support — not a third-party listing portal. Day-to-day resident operations run in DoorLoop.

Pre-leasing & move-in
Join the priority list for early updates, browse open bedrooms, and apply online through our DoorLoop application portal. Leases are signed in DoorLoop; four roommates share one lease with each resident leasing by the bedroom.
Maintenance
Current residents submit and track maintenance requests in the DoorLoop tenant portal or DoorLoop mobile app — including photos and status updates. CCR staff receive and assign work through DoorLoop.
Payments & account
Rent, balance due, payment history, and auto-pay are managed in DoorLoop after you accept your tenant portal invite. This marketing site does not process payments.
Community standards
All three CCR residences are designed for serious students who want a considered living environment. Community guidelines are shared at lease signing.
